About the role
Spectral Labs is building foundation models for engineering physical systems. We're looking for a sales development representative to start the conversations that turn into our first customers: researching target accounts across manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, and hardware, writing outbound that engineering leaders answer, and booking meetings for our founders and product team. No prior experience is required. What matters is excellent writing, genuine curiosity about how physical products are designed and built, and evidence that you can start conversations with strangers and get results. We're excited about people who can make an impact, whatever their background.
This is a fully in-person role at our office in SF. Base salary is $60–70k, with on-target earnings (OTE) of $90–100k. We sponsor visas end-to-end, and benefits include health insurance (with a 100%-premium option), dental, a 401(k) match, and company-expensed meals and commuting.
About Spectral Labs
Spectral Labs is a spatial intelligence company building foundation models for the next generation of engineering design. Existing foundation models lack inherent spatial understanding and thus cannot meaningfully perform critical roles in engineering design and manufacturing. We train large models which lack these restrictions and can engineer physical systems. We believe our approach represents a significant step towards AI systems that can intelligently design and reason about physical systems.
