Amber is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Trading Assistant to join our global Flow Trading team. This junior position is critical in ensuring the seamless execution of our daily operations. The successful candidate will work closely with our Sales Traders to manage the post-trade lifecycle, maintain accurate reporting, and ensure all trades are booked within our risk management frameworks.

Responsibilities Trade Support: Assist Sales Traders in the daily management of trade bookings, ensuring all transactions (Exchange and OTC) are recorded accurately and timely. Reporting & Reconciliation: Generate daily and/or monthly P&L reports, reconcile positions between internal systems and external counterparties/exchanges, and investigate any discrepancies. Settlement Oversight: Coordinate with the Middle and Back Office teams to ensure the smooth settlement of digital asset transactions and fiat transfers. Market Monitoring: Assist the desk by monitoring market data, tracking liquidity across various venues, and providing administrative support during high-volatility periods. Compliance & Risk: Ensure all trading activities adhere to the company’s internal risk limits and regulatory
