Responsibilities Be responsible for the quality of a consumer healthcare platform and connected medical devices used globally. Design, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases for new and existing features. Investigate complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and work closely with R&D teams to drive resolution. Collaborate with Product, R&D, Clinical, and Support teams to ensure high-quality product releases. Validate end-to-end workflows across cloud, mobile, web, and device components. Contribute to defining effective testing approaches for a variety of system features and use cases. Continuously identify opportunities to improve product quality, testing coverage, and QA processes. Gain exposure to innovative medical technologies and help shape products that impact patients and healthcare providers worldwide.
