As an Account Executive for the account team for major Korean conglomerate, you will orchestrate a broad, customer‑focused virtual team to deliver the full value of Microsoft's solutions. Responsibilities Develop and oversee execution of multi‑year account plans for customer account that drive high‑volume, high‑impact engagements across the full Microsoft portfolio, ensuring goals, outcomes, and forecasts stay on track. Lead a diverse, extended virtual account team and key internal experts to coordinate planning, prioritization, and delivery, aligning partner and Microsoft resources to customer strategy and business priorities. Cultivate and expand relationships with executive, business, and technical decision makers, clearly articulating Microsoft's value proposition and connecting solutions to measurable business outcomes and digital transformation goals. Proactively identify and drive new opportunities within the account by leveraging industry knowledge, competitive insights, and partner ecosystems to grow revenue, consumption, and customer satisfaction. Continuously assess risks, gather feedback, and refine strategies to ensure a seamless account experience, resolving issues through coordination with internal stakeholders and partners while maintaining high customer trust.
Qualifications Required/Minimum
Qualifications Master's Degree in Business Administration AND 8+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., financial services, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, government, education), driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology) OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field AND 10+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., financial services, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, government, education), driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology) OR equivalent experience. Preferred
