Job Summary As the Senior Product Manager for CDSS, you will play a crucial role in building the next generation of threat detection and prevention services. This role will require collaboration with other product and cross-functional teams that include engineering, product marketing, sales teams to deliver web security solutions to solve customer problems with speed and agility. The individual will be required to leverage AI tools at every stage, from product strategy and research to developing PRDs and visual prototypes. Responsibilities Conceptualize and define differentiated features for a new IP-layer security service through a deep understanding of the evolving Threat Landscape, advancements in protocols and Customer pain-points across our core and growth markets Ensure strategic alignment and seamless integration with teams such as NGFW, Prisma Access, Prisma Browser, and XDR, consistently incorporating customer feedback and market demands. Take full accountability for defining and monitoring customer success metrics, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) across the customer lifecycle.
