The Role ThoughtSpot is looking for a Director, Digital Growth Marketing to lead our digital growth programs across paid media, organic search, and key conversion paths. This is a hands-on, player-coach role for a leader who can set direction, stay close to execution, and drive measurable results across digital channels. You will directly manage our paid media agency across search, paid social, display, and video, while also managing a team member who oversees our organic search agency. You will work closely with product marketing, integrated marketing, sales, web, design, and regional marketing teams to ensure digital programs are aligned to campaign priorities, GTM motions, and product launches. You will also help improve conversion journeys, strengthen measurement, and evolve the tools and workflows that support efficient, scalable growth. We’re looking for someone who is AI-forward in how they work and how they think about growth, using AI to improve speed, decision-making, creative development, and campaign performance. What You Will Do Lead ThoughtSpot’s digital growth programs across paid media, organic search, and key conversion paths Directly manage the paid media agency, including planning, execution oversight, performance management, budget alignment, and optimization across channels Manage and support
the team member who oversees the organic search agency, ensuring strong alignment to business priorities, clear execution, and visibility into performance Guide paid programs across search, paid social, display, video, and other relevant acquisition channels Set direction on channel investment, budget allocation, and performance priorities across digital programs Partner with product marketing, integrated marketing, sales, web, and regional marketing teams to align digital execution with campaign priorities, GTM motions, and product launches Improve digital conversion journeys by aligning audience strategy, messaging, content, landing pages, and funnel follow-through Oversee organic search performance and ensure it supports broader traffic, conversion, and pipeline goals Strengthen measurement across digital programs, including campaign tracking, reporting consistency, attribution inputs, and lead quality visibility Translate performance data into clear insights and recommendations, including reporting on spend efficiency, conversion performance, lead quality, and pipeline contribution Identify opportunities to improve channel performance and growth based on data, market signals, and business priorities Partner with design and marketing teams to use AI tools to prototype, iterate, and improve performance creative more efficiently, and bring forward new ideas for how AI can improve digital execution and growth What You Bring Significant experience in digital or growth marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or a high-growth technology company Deep expertise across paid social, paid search, display, and video Strong understanding of organic search and how it contributes to traffic, conversion, and pipeline growth Experience managing paid media agencies directly, with a strong handle on strategy, execution, communication, and budget discipline Strong analytical skills and confidence using performance data to make decisions, identify tradeoffs, and guide investment Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, web, and creative teams Strong understanding of digital conversion strategy, landing page alignment, campaign tracking, SEO, and measurement fundamentals Ability to manage budgets and forecasts carefully while adapting quickly to changing performance trends An AI-forward mindset, with the ability to apply AI tools and workflows in practical ways that improve speed, execution quality, creative iteration, and campaign performance Strong communication and project management skills Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with a high bar for execution In California, the estimated annual salary range for this role is $190,000- $235,000 per year. In Illinois, the estimated annual salary range for this role is $175,000k– $210,000 per year Actual
