We’re looking for a Growth Engineer Intern to help us bring Flick to filmmakers, creators, and the next generation of storytellers.
What you’ll do
- Build and improve Flick’s core organic growth systems
- Own experiments across SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and programmatic content
- Identify growth opportunities through data, user behavior, and rapid experimentation
- Work across product and engineering to turn successful experiments into repeatable growth loops
- Explore new ways for Flick to grow within filmmaker, AI creator, and global communities

Who you are
- You have solid engineering fundamentals and can build and ship independently
