Manage Transport Operations, including Routing, Rostering, Stakeholder and vendor management. General management of the office, focusing on operational efficiency and effective communication. Will be responsible for Training the drivers , MIS Management, Compliance and Document management. You will be the primary liaison between our company, staff, and office building management, you will provide essential information, answer questions, and respond to various requests Coordinate and participate in company-wide event management activities. Perform administrative tasks, such as generating and distributing letters, spreadsheets, forms, and sorting and distributing incoming mail. Proactively investigate the procurement of office-related equipment and build relationships with vendors Assist in scheduling appointments and managing travel arrangements. Assisting your supervisor in various administrative tasks and suggesting actions to build an enabling environment within the company What You Will Need: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited university Must have 3 to 6 years of experience in managing Facilities and administration in a corporate setup Strong interpersonal and communication skills Good stakeholder and Vendor Management skills Experience in handling Ticket system Experience in Office procurements and documentation Must have worked on Health and Safety Regulations What Would Be
