Care to be a part of this revolution? Join us! What You’ll Do : Merchant Management: Assist in taking ownership of merchant management across various verticals at Klook. Product Onboarding & Configuration: Assist in onboarding new products and configuring backend systems to ensure smooth operations and user experience Content Operations: Support in writing, formatting, and managing operational content across platforms (no creative writing required) Tool & System Usage: Operate various internal and external tools to carry out daily operations – we value fast learners! Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various functions in the company - marketing to maximize sales, supplier operations to improve efficiency, customer services to drive satisfaction and repeat purchases.
