Associates will then analyze the data and develop narrative reports, receiving feedback and ongoing training from colleagues with subject matter expertise.</p> <p>Please submit your resume to be considered for our Associate, Research & Delivery role!</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Create and determine the contents of reports using a combination of web-based compliance tools, open-source resources, client-provided information, and Exiger’s case management system.</li> <li>Write clear, concise, and thoroughly researched reports for clients using a variety of public records, databases, and other web-based sources and tools.</li> <li>Utilize judgment and best practices to research, write, and edit cases across different products, scopes, jurisdictions, and levels of complexity.</li> <li>Identify and escalate risk factors to the case manager.</li> <li>Successfully manage the case lifecycle, personal workload, and pipeline.</li> <li>Communicate effectively with others, both verbally and in writing.</li> <li>Collaborate within a multinational team to achieve desired outcomes.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong analytical and research skills.</li> <li>Solid written and verbal communication and organizational skills.</li> <li>Ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with strict deadlines.</li> <li>A high level of initiative and a proactive, team-oriented approach to work.</li> <li>Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, take ownership of tasks, and follow through to successful completion.</li> <li>Ability to utilize technology to solve problems.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Professional Experience Required:</strong></p> <ul> <li>One to two years of professional experience.</li> <li>Professional proficiency in written and spoken English and Hebrew.</li> <li>Ability to research, interpret, and accurately summarize Hebrew-language sources.</li> <li>Strong commitment to continuous improvement and learning, with an openness to receiving feedback and training.</li> <li>Keen interest in compliance, risk management, financial services, regulations, supply chains, and current events.</li> </ul> <p><strong>#LI-Hybrid</strong></p> <p><em>This posting is for a newly created role; artificial intelligence tools may be used to support candidate screening and evaluation; the expected base salary range for this position is CAD 50,000–65,000 annually, depending on
