what we're looking for if you: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field Have a minimum of 3 years of property, casualty, or life underwriting experience, with a track record of managing large accounts (experience with multiple lines is a plus) Have demonstrated ability to forge strong broker and carrier relationships  Develop and utilize advanced analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills Have an in-depth knowledge of insurance policies, admitted and non-admitted regulations, and market trends Possess outstanding communication and negotiation abilities Are highly organized, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities Experience in Dealer's Open Lot is a strong plus For local Madison, WI employees, we offer a hybrid work model.
