Skills and Competencies Seven or more years of experience in defining, evaluating, validating, launching, and scaling business growth strategies in go-to-market or other commercial strategy roles within enterprise software, data, or analytics organizations Experience working with government or highly regulated market customers, including familiarity with government procurement processes, deployment constraints, and regulatory considerations Strong understanding of go-to-market models, delivery channels, and partnership strategies to drive new product capabilities or distribution pathways Proven ability to operate in a matrixed organization with cross-functional teams across Product, Data, Engineering, Sales, Strategy, and Partnerships Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills Experience working in globally distributed teams Familiarity with and active use of artificial intelligence concepts for supporting internal work as well as customer solutions, demonstrating a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use Understanding of how government organizations partner to execute public sector Jobs To Be Done, and the contractual vehicles government uses to empower teaming and allow for prime-sub relationships, would be an asset Experience in financial sector B2B product companies is a plus Education Bachelor’s degree Advanced degree would be an asset
