Position
We are looking for an Associate Software Engineer to join our Marketing Enablement team. You will help maintain and improve the systems and tooling that power KAYAK's marketing efforts, while helping build a new generation of AI-driven workflows and systems that make our marketing teams faster and smarter.
This role will be required to work from our Kaunas office at least 3 days per week.
In this role, you will:
Maintain and improve existing systems and tooling that support our marketing teams, with guidance from your teammates.
Help build new AI-driven workflows and systems that streamline how our marketing teams work.
Experiment with new AI tools and technologies to find better ways of solving problems.
Collaborate with engineers and marketing stakeholders to deliver reliable, easy-to-use tools.
Grow your engineering skills through code reviews, pairing, and mentorship.
Please apply if you have:
Education in Computer Science or a related field.
0–2 years of experience with Java, including internships or academic projects.
Familiarity with Spring framework and SQL databases.
Fluent English communication skills.
A willingness to learn, grow, and experiment in a collaborative environment.
Bonus Skills:
Exposure to ElasticSearch or similar search technologies.
Experience with React.
Experience with Python.
Compensation:
salary consists of three elements:
Base pay: from 3000 EUR up to 3450 EUR gross monthly.
In addition:
Significant yearly bonuses, approx 10 percent of annual salary.
Booking Holdings RSU (Restricted Stock Units) package, worth 20000 USD gross, with possibility to receive yearly refreshes.
