About Us Nourish is on a mission to improve people’s health by making it easy to eat well. Nutrition-related chronic disease is the largest and most overlooked crisis in the world, and food can be medicine. We’re building an AI-native, patient-friendly healthcare system centered on nutrition—live in all 50 states with thousands of dietitians and hundreds of thousands of patients on the platform. We’ve partnered with national health insurers and provider groups, raised substantial funding from top-tier investors, and are rapidly scaling our teams to build technology that transforms how people engage with their health. In 2026 we raised a $100M Series C , bringing total funding to $215M. The round was led by Menlo Ventures , with participation from Thrive Capital , Index Ventures , J.P. About
the Role Nourish is seeking a deeply technical, product-minded engineering leader to lead Consumer. Reporting to our Head of Engineering , you’ll shape the organization building our world-class consumer app and the technology-enabled care model that will let dietitians serve larger patient populations and unlock entirely new ways to improve health outcomes. You’ll lead through both strategy and execution: setting a multi-year technical and product direction, developing managers and engineers, creating the operating structure for a growing organization, and personally diving into the hardest technical and product problems. This is a full-time role. We strongly prefer candidates based in New York City or San Francisco, with exceptions for truly exceptional candidates.
