Associate Director, Client Services

About the role

About the team and what we'll build together

At Kobie, Client Services exists to champion client satisfaction while strategically growing our business, turning Kobie from vendor into valued partner for some of the world's most recognized brands. We are the stewards of those relationships, and we lead with trust, clarity, and measurable impact.

You own the program. As Associate Director, Client Services, you'll lead the day-to-day client and internal partnership on one or more retail accounts, shaping loyalty strategy with data and insight and leading cross-functional teams to deliver programs that move our clients' bottom line.

In the Retail Vertical, this means: You'll partner with some of the most recognized names in retail, where loyalty is a frontline growth engine. Programs run across stores, apps, and ecommerce, and members expect every point, offer, and reward to work seamlessly wherever they shop. You'll navigate high-volume promotional calendars, peak seasons where execution can't miss, program models from tiers to co-brand cards to paid memberships, and a fiercely competitive market where every retailer is fighting for share of wallet. The work moves fast, the stakes are visible, and the results show up in the business.

How you will make an impact

  • Day-to-day relationship: Own the working relationship across your accounts, leading client meetings, building trust with multiple stakeholders, and contributing directly to client satisfaction.

  • Campaigns that drive engagement: Define and launch seasonal, tier-based, and milestone promotions with clients and Kobie partners.
  • Early warning system: Anticipate issues before they escalate and drive them to resolution.
  • Growth ideas: Spot expansion opportunities and build the growth roadmaps account leaders take to clients.
  • Platform and launch readiness: Lead product conversations with confidence and own client readiness for launches and major initiatives.
