About the role

Rubbrband is a creative agency producing high quality video advertisements for a new generation of brands. Built by a team of creatives from Hollywood, we bring that level of production to fast growing companies.

We’re looking for a Creative Director, Video Ads to own the creative vision behind Rubbrband’s client work. You’ll lead projects from the first spark of an idea through final delivery, translating brand strategy into cinematic video ads that are sharp, memorable, and built for the internet.

What to expect:

  • Lead ideation and execution, from concept sprints to final delivery.
  • Shape the creative direction for high-concept ads
  • Translate ideas into storyboards, scripts, and shot lists
  • Drive execution with workflows and production partners


What we’re looking for:

  • Experience with generative image and video tools.
  • Strong working knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A portfolio showing strong taste in videography, cinematography, or visual storytelling.
  • Experience shaping stories through editing, pacing, shot selection, and sound design.
  • Strong instincts for cutting together AI-generated, live-action, and mixed-media footage into a cohesive final piece.
  • Ability to move between creative direction and hands-on execution.
  • Strong taste, communication, and ownership.
