About the role
Rubbrband is a creative agency that creates trailers, ads, and stories of the highest quality. Built by a team of creatives and engineers from Hollywood, we’re scaling that level of production for a new generation of brands.
In your first month, you will own a client facing project end to end. For this role, you can expect to:
- Lead ideation and execution, from concept sprints to final delivery.
- Shape the creative direction for high-concept ads
- Translate ideas into storyboards, scripts, and shot lists
- Drive execution with workflows and production partners
