About the role

Rubbrband is a creative agency producing high quality video advertisements for a new generation of brands. Built by a team of creatives from Hollywood, we bring that level of production to fast growing companies.

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist, Social Media to develop standout campaign ideas for clients, shape the creative direction behind those campaigns, and bring them to life through compelling pitch decks. In your first month, you will own a client-facing creative project from concept through presentation. For this role, you can expect to:

  • Lead campaign ideation for client projects, from early concept development to polished creative direction.
  • Develop creative pitch decks that clearly present campaign ideas, strategic thinking, and visual direction.
  • Shape social-first and video campaign ideas for brands.
  • Run Rubbrband’s social media accounts, including content planning, posting, community engagement, and growth strategy.
  • Collaborate with production teams, creative partners, and clients to move ideas from strategy to execution.
