About the role
We are looking for a Founding Growth hire with 2-5 years of experience to own and operationalize Known's go-to-market motion as we scale across the US. You're someone who's done growth at a consumer startup — ideally one that's made the Series A to Series B leap — and you thrive as a chief organizer, not just a strategist. You'll work directly with our co-founder to build a repeatable, scalable GTM playbook as we launch city by city. This is a high-urgency role at an 18-person team sprinting toward a Series A in the fall, backed by Forerunner, NFX, and Pear VC.
What will you be doing?
- Building and refining a repeatable go-to-market playbook for launching Known in new cities (San Diego, LA, New York, Chicago, and beyond)
- Organizing the GTM motion writ large — budgets, partnerships, launch timelines, and creative strategies both on-the-ground and digital
- Tracking growth metrics and optimizing city-level launch performance
- Managing or overseeing UGC creators and partnership channels
- Traveling with the team for 2-3 week launch sprints in new markets
