Hallo Hello! 👋🏽 Factorial IT is one of the fastest-growing product areas inside Factorial — and we're building the go-to-market from the ground up. We're looking for a Marketing & Growth person to co-lead that effort with us. This isn't a support role. You'll own channels, run experiments, and make calls. If you've spent 1–3 years in B2B SaaS marketing and want to work at 0-to-1 pace — where what you build this quarter actually shapes the product's trajectory — this is your spot.
What you'll own Paid search campaigns across multiple European markets: keyword strategy, copy, structure, bid logic, and ongoing optimization. Landing pages end-to-end — from brief to copy to live — for campaigns, competitors, and new use cases. SEO and content: keyword research, briefs, publishing, and performance tracking across markets and languages. Marketing ops: automation workflows, CRM hygiene, lead routing, and campaign attribution. Localization of campaigns and assets for ES, FR, DE, IT, and PT — adapting tone and regulatory context, not just translating. Reporting and analysis: you flag what's working, what isn't, and what to do next.
What we're looking for 1–3 years in B2B SaaS marketing — performance, content, growth, or ops. Generalist background is a plus, not a minus. You've run campaigns or channels on your own, not just assisted on them. Comfortable with data: you can pull a search terms report, spot the waste, and act on it. Strong writer in at least one language; Spanish or English at near-native level required. Familiarity with Google Ads, a CMS, and a CRM. HubSpot experience is a plus. You work well with ambiguity.
