Manager, Manufacturing Engineering - Third Shift

What we're looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field Significant experience in manufacturing engineering, advanced manufacturing, or production operations leadership Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating engineering activities in a production environment Strong troubleshooting, technical decision-making, and operational leadership skills Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in high-complexity, fast-paced manufacturing environments with shifting priorities Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational leadership capabilities Experience supporting off-shift or extended-hour manufacturing operations preferred Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or operational excellence experience preferred
