Senior Manager - Partnerships (Bengaluru, IN)

Responsibilities: • Get to develop FinTech ecosystem in India powered by PayU Finance assets • Develop strategy to grow partnerships led business in a profitable and sustainable manner. • Own and execute the strategy by working closely with PayU internal teams. • Work with partners to get them to adopt PayU proposition and work with them to continuously improve PayU’s value proposition. • Own the P&L from the business and drive continuous improvements to P&L.

Requirements: • A degree in management, engineering or other similar quantitative field from a premier institute • 10+ years of work experience in unsecured credit business product roles or similar roles at a NBFC/ Fintech / Bank. • Demonstrated delivery of driving structural business change. • Detail oriented with strong organisational skills. Ability to function in a high volume setting with tight deadlines. • Strong problem-solving skills. • Excellent stakeholder management skills • High-energy individual with a go-getter instinct and positive attitude.
