This role is located in Somerville, MA – We are a hybrid work environment and are in the office 3+ days per week.

Tulip brings modern technology and AI into manufacturing. Manufacturing accounts for almost 20% of the global economy and one in every seven workers on Earth, yet remains among the least digitized. More than a decade ago, we created the category to close that gap: AI-native software that puts cutting-edge tools directly in the hands of the people on the manufacturing front lines. Because we are human-centered and tech-obsessed, we are building a future of work where human ingenuity is amplified with the latest technology.

In January 2026 we became one of Boston's few new AI unicorns, reaching a $1.3B valuation. We're growing double digits in revenue year over year. The world's best manufacturers run on Tulip - turning inventory 10x faster, releasing gene therapies in hours instead of weeks, and training master craftspeople to forge engagement rings 5x more rapidly. Headquartered in Somerville, MA with offices in Germany, Hungary, Singapore, Japan, and Israel, we've been consistently named a World Economic Forum Global Innovator, a Gartner leader, and one of Built In Boston's "Best Places to Work."

We run the way we build: AI-forward, humanistic, and high ownership. We're looking for builders who are energized by complex problems, rapid cycles, and the unique opportunity to see their impact on a global scale.

About
the Role:

This is a hands-on engineering role split between two things: building the AI-native tools, agents, and automations that power Tulip's go-to-market motion, and partnering directly with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to keep those systems reliable, adopted, and delivering measurable impact in production. You'll work across Clay, LLM platforms, and the broader GTM tech stack.

About You:

You are a builder who is energized by the intersection of modern AI and real commercial problems. You don't stop at a working prototype. You ship production-grade tools with the reliability, evaluation, and guardrails to hold up under daily use, and you move quickly through ambiguity without losing sight of the business problem you're solving.

What skills do I need?

3-5+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Business Systems, or a software engineering role building data or AI-driven applications, ideally within B2B SaaS

Hands-on experience building and shipping AI-powered workflows or agentic automations that solved a real business problem

Deep familiarity with Clay (or a comparable enrichment/automation platform) and the broader GTM tech stack: Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, Looker, and similar

Comfort writing scripts or connecting systems via APIs and webhooks (Python, JavaScript, or SQL) to move data cleanly between tools

Proven ability to operate through ambiguity: scoping vague stakeholder asks into well-defined, measurable solutions and shipping iteratively

Experience integrating LLMs or ML into production systems (RAG, evaluations) is a plus

Familiarity with data warehouses or BI tools (Redshift, Sigma) is a plus

Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience

Key
Responsibilities:

Design, build, and ship AI-native tools, agents, and automations in Clay and adjacent platforms that make Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations faster and more consistent

Integrate LLMs and agentic patterns (prompt design, retrieval, evaluations) into production GTM workflows such as CRM enrichment, account scoring, deal intelligence, and automated outreach

Evaluate and evolve the GTM technology ecosystem (Salesforce, Clay, Gong, ZoomInfo, and emerging AI-native platforms), building integrations and automation frameworks that reduce manual effort and improve reliability

Diagnose gaps in core GTM workflows: pipeline management, forecasting, sales enablement, and partner operations. Prioritize getting to the root cause, not just automating around a broken process

Partner with stakeholders across Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to turn ambiguous requests into well-scoped, measurable tools

Own what you build end to end: prototyping, backend services, deployment, monitoring, and iteration. Put reliability, evaluation, and data-quality guardrails in place so AI features hold up in production

Measure adoption and business impact of what you ship, and use that signal to decide what to build next and where to double down

Key Collaborators:

GTM Operations / Revenue Operations

Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Professional Services

Product, Engineering, and Data teams

Commercial leadership

Working At Tulip

We know even great candidates experience imposter syndrome. Even if you don't match every requirement, applying gives you the opportunity to be considered.

We're building a strong, diverse team that values hard work, families, and personal well-being.
Benefits of working with us include:

Direct impact on product and culture

Company equity

Competitive
benefits package including Health, Dental, Vision, Short-term Disability, Long-term Disability, Life Insurance, AD&D Insurance, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Commuter
Benefits, Parental Leave, and 401(K)

Flexible work schedule and unlimited vacation policy

Learning & Development program

Virtual company events and happy hours

Fitness subsidies

An inclusive, dog-friendly office with diverse and inspiring colleagues

We are an equal opportunity employer. At Tulip, we celebrate all. Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. Tulip Interfaces is a manufacturing technology company that develops a frontline operations platform designed to help manufacturers digitize, connect, and continuously improve production processes. The company provides a no-code, AI-powered platform that enables organizations to build applications, automate workflows, collect operational data, and connect workers, machines, and enterprise systems within a unified environment. Its technology is used by manufacturers in industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Aerospace, Defense, and Industrial Manufacturing to replace paper-based processes and legacy operational systems with more flexible digital solutions. The platform allows frontline teams to create and deploy applications without extensive software development resources, supporting use cases such as work instructions, production tracking, quality management, equipment monitoring, electronic batch records, traceability, and compliance management. Tulip combines no-code application development with machine connectivity, analytics, and workflow automation, enabling manufacturers to adapt operational processes as requirements evolve.
Tulip also provides connectivity tools that integrate data from machines, sensors, industrial equipment, ERP systems, and other enterprise applications. By serving as an operational data hub, the platform helps organizations gain real-time visibility into production activities, automate data collection, and generate insights that support process optimization and decision-making.
