bonus, work Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm, and never take an on-call shift again. You'll serve a dedicated territory of 40–50 homes in the Palo Alto area and no client hunting, no unpredictable schedules, no weekends. What You'll Do Manage a dedicated route of 40–50 residential homes across the Peninsula as the trusted handyman for each homeowner Perform residential repairs and maintenance across multiple trades: Carpentry — doors, trim, framing, repairs Painting and drywall patching Plumbing — toilets, faucets, minor pipe repairs Electrical — fixtures, outlets, small wiring tasks Smart home device installation Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term homeowner relationships Use our mobile app to track jobs, tasks, and schedules What You'll Bring 5+ years of handyman, maintenance technician, or multi-trade experience Hands-on skill across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall Prior work as a maintenance technician, carpenter, plumber, or electrician strongly preferred Strong troubleshooting ability — can independently assess and fix most issues in a home Attention to detail (clean caulk lines, professional patching and painting) Customer-friendly attitude — great listener, strong communicator, proactive Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and your own tools Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly (with or without reasonable accommodation) Comfortable working on ladders or scaffolding at heights up to 12 feet Growth Opportunities Real career paths including field trainer, senior handyman, and more.
