As a Brand Marketing Program Manager you'll play a pivotal role in helping our brand marketing and social teams bring ambitious ideas to life—on time, on brand, and at scale. You'll connect creative vision to execution, bring clarity to complexity, and build the structure that helps great ideas thrive. This role sits at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and operations: you'll enable Figma's brand to show up powerfully across social, digital, and real-world moments. You'll partner closely with our Brand Strategists, marketers, creative teams, and partners to plan and deliver high-impact campaigns and activations that help Figma grow into its next chapter as a multi-product, global company. This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States. What you’ll do at Figma: Partner with brand, social, and cross-functional marketing teams to translate strategy and creative ideas into clear project plans, trackable outcomes, and clear communications Build and manage timelines, resourcing, and budgets for campaigns and always-on initiatives, ensuring alignment with team and company goals Drive the end-to-end delivery of brand and social programs—from briefing through creative development, production, and launch—while ensuring quality and consistency Anticipate risks, identify blockers early, and drive proactive solutions to keep programs on track and stakeholders aligned Establish repeatable processes and best practices that enable
the team to scale its impact globally Support key tentpole initiatives, ensuring cross-functional coordination and readiness across marketing, creative, and social teams Lead retrospectives and share learnings that inform future campaigns, helping
the team continuously improve how we plan and deliver work Establish new working relationships with platforms, vendors and brand partners to help develop an ecosystem of best-in-class strategies and capabilities We'd love to hear from you if you have: 6+ years of experience managing complex creative, brand, or marketing programs — ideally at a creative agency or in-house brand team Demonstrated experience building integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and experiential channels Demonstrated ability to navigate both the creative and operational sides of brand marketing — knowing when to lean into process and when to stay flexible Proven experience working with project management and collaboration tools Enthusiasm for creativity, storytelling, and enabling teams to do their best work While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have: Experience supporting or managing social-first campaigns or brand activations Background in creative production or content operations Familiarity with Figma's products or a passion for design and collaboration tools Experience working on or with global marketing teams At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. Pay Transparency Disclosure If based in Figma’s San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has the annual base salary range stated below. Job level and actual
compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual
qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range.
