Remote Therapist — LSW or LPC Required | Free Supervision | Who This Role Is For You're a licensed associate therapist (LSW or LPC) in Illinois who wants a caseload that matters, free supervision hours toward full licensure, and none of the administrative burden that burns most early-career therapists out. You'll participate in case consultations and contribute to clinical program development as we grow. What You Need Active LSW or LPC in Illinois (required — we are not able to hire pre-licensure candidates at this time) Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems Available Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings (weekend slots also available) Preferred Experience in CBT, DBT, or similar modalities Prior school-based or youth-focused experience Active NPI and CAQH Pay Range $40 — $50 USD
