Responsibilities - Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve manufacturing equipment issues. - Dismantle, repair, adjust, and assemble equipment using technical drawings, blueprints, and operating manuals. - Conduct equipment setup, calibration, and preventative maintenance to ensure peak performance and minimize downtime. - Collaborate with suppliers to coordinate equipment servicing and repairs. - Monitor and analyze tool performance data to identify trends and improve equipment reliability. - Create detailed reports on system failures, update specifications, and develop new maintenance guidelines. - Work with Module Engineering to execute experiments, implement configuration changes, and support data collection. - Assist in troubleshooting and controlled experimentation to enhance module availability and meet performance targets. - Support factory ramp activities by ensuring tools are installed and configured per design specifications.
Qualifications: Minimum
Qualifications - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related technical field. - 4-6 years of relevant experience with a High School diploma, or no prior experience required with an AA or AS degree. - Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining mechanical, electronic, or mechatronic systems. - Experience in equipment setup, calibration, and preventative maintenance. - Familiarity with technical documentation, blueprints, and manufacturing procedures.
