Who You Are You're an experienced product leader who loves working with highly technical products. You combine strong product instincts with technical credibility and can comfortably engage with customers, engineers, and executives alike. You thrive in environments where the path isn't obvious, where learning quickly matters more than having all the answers, and where product managers help shape company strategy—not simply execute it.

What We're Looking For Product Leadership 6+ years building successful B2B SaaS or infrastructure software products. Experience taking products from concept through launch and customer adoption. Exceptional customer discovery and product thinking skills. Strong analytical decision making supported by data and customer insights. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to influence without formal authority. Comfortable making high-quality decisions with incomplete information. Strong execution mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision and short-term delivery. Technical Depth You don't need to write production code, but you should be technically credible with senior engineering teams. You should be comfortable discussing topics such as: APIs Distributed systems Kubernetes Containers Cloud infrastructure CI/CD pipelines Platform Engineering Developer tooling Infrastructure automation Modern software architectures Deep Understanding of Our Market We are looking for someone who already understands—or is genuinely excited to become an expert in—the ecosystem where Testkube operates. You should have meaningful experience in several of the following areas: Software Testing Test Automation Test Management Test Orchestration CI/CD Platforms Platform Engineering DevOps Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs) Developer Experience (DevEx) Cloud-native infrastructure Kubernetes Enterprise developer tooling AI-assisted software development AI coding assistants and autonomous engineering agents Just as importantly, you should possess a strong understanding of the competitive landscape. That includes familiarity with companies and technologies across: Test automation platforms Testing frameworks CI/CD platforms Platform engineering tools Observability platforms Developer productivity platforms AI-native developer tools Infrastructure automation You don't simply follow this market—you actively enjoy learning how it's evolving and where it's heading.
