Thera is building a financial OS for global teams. We're looking for a CTO to join our growing team. We're fresh off a seed round and backed by some of the world's leading investors: Y Combinator, Oliver Jung, Bayhouse Capital, 10x Founders, Amino Capital, Zillionize, House Capital, and many notable angels. 🏆 What You'll Achieve • Lead the Engineering Team • Lead full-stack development • Combine in house and 3rd party APls functionality to build holistic platform • Define our engineering culture and best practices from the ground up • Collaborate closely with our CEO and directly impact product roadmap ✨ About You You Are a Strong Engineer Who Moves Fast While Keeping Scalability In Mind. Requirements • 5+ years of software engineering experience with a good track record • You have experience working with Kotlin, React.js, NextS, Spring Boot, or similar frameworks • You are a product minded, you genuinely want to build something people want, you enjoy talking to users and learning their needs • Previous experience at high-growth, fast-paced startups 🚀
Bonus Points • You have SaaS experience • Understand FinTech
