YOUR IMPACT We’re looking for a Facilities Site Manager to lead workplace governance, compliance, and operations across the Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ) region (excluding India). In this role, you’ll ensure our offices—whether physical, virtual, or serviced—deliver a safe, compliant, and high-quality employee experience. You’ll play a key role in driving consistency across multiple locations, managing vendor performance, and supporting office operations in Taiwan and Hong Kong. THE ROLE OFFERS Own governance, compliance, audits, and risk management Oversee virtual & serviced office operations across APJ Manage vendors, SLAs, and workplace standards Support Taiwan & Hong Kong office operations Partner with HR, IT, Security, Finance & Real Estate Lead projects, space optimization, and regional initiatives WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED 8+ years in Facilities / Workplace / Real Estate / Compliance APJ or multi-site experience preferred Strong vendor, governance, and stakeholder management skills Experience with virtual/serviced offices Onsite role (RCBC Plaza, Makati) OpenText's efforts to build an inclusive work environment go beyond simply complying with applicable laws.
