FWRS compelling Ethernet products move the world’s data and are the foundations of cloud service and telecommunications data centers. We are a team of problem solvers, experimenters, and innovators who are dedicated to designing the network technologies that currently lead and continue to transform datacenter ecosystems. As a world-class organization, we’re looking for outstanding talent to accelerate our growth during an exciting time in Ethernet networking marketing technology. If you're ready to be a part of this journey, then we want to hear from you. Define validation strategy and test plans for firmware/embedded features across pre-silicon (sim/emulation/FPGA) and post-silicon environments. Develop and maintain automated Python based test frameworks for functional, regression, stress, performance, power, and reliability validation. Validate firmware for low-level subsystems (boot flow, PCIe, memory, power/thermal, security, manageability, storage/network as applicable). Validate firmware with Linux based System platforms with SW drivers/tools. Own triage and root-cause analysis of failures; isolate HW vs FW vs SW/tool/test issues; provide actionable debug data and reproduction steps.
