As a Global Supply Manager (GSM) at Pebble, you will play a pivotal role in managing the commercial relationships with key suppliers, ensuring production supply and delivery of components are on time and remain uninterrupted, negotiating for optimized costs, and fulfilling contracts efficiently. Your impact will resonate across the organization, influencing product quality, cost-effectiveness, and supply chain resilience. This is an exciting opportunity to lead product cost management through building, developing, and optimizing our supply chain from 0 to 1, 1 to 10, and 10 to 100 phases. Responsibilities: Ensure on-time delivery, quality standards, and cost efficiency of supplied materials. Manage supplier contracts, negotiating terms to optimize value and mitigate risks. Develop and execute supply risk mitigation plans to ensure continuity of supply. Implement and drive a comprehensive cost reduction strategy across the supply chain. Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and industrial design teams to source, develop, and scale NPI mechanical components. Identify, qualify, and manage suppliers for key mechanical components such as CNC machined parts, sheet metal, enclosures, casings, jigs, tooling, fixtures, injection-molded plastics, and other precision-engineered parts. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and supply chain operations readiness. Drive supplier selection, qualification, and performance management to align with company objectives and ensure a robust supply chain. Proactively identify and escalate key supply and cost risks to management for strategic decision-making.
