About
the role We are looking for an analytically minded Solutions Consultant Engineer to join the Xelix Presales team. This role combines presales, data analysis, and innovation. The successful candidate will support customer engagements, RFIs/RFPs, and Proof of Concepts (POCs), while also helping improve the efficiency of the presales function through automation, AI, and data-driven projects. What you'll be doing Innovation & Data Science · Build dashboards, automations, prototypes, and analytical tools to improve presales efficiency. · Explore AI and machine learning use cases relevant to Accounts Payable automation. · Identify innovative ways to use client data to demonstrate ROI and business value. Presales & Customer Engagement · Support the sales cycle as a technical and functional advisor. · Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned to customer challenges. · Support discovery sessions and communicate the value of the Xelix platform. · Partner with Account Executives on strategic opportunities. RFIs / RFPs / POCs · Coordinate and complete RFIs, RFPs, and security questionnaires. · Improve response efficiency through reusable content and automation. · Configure and support customer POCs and pilot projects. · Analyse customer data to identify insights and demonstrate platform value. Collaboration · Work closely with AI engineering, product, and services teams. · Share customer feedback and presales insights across the business. · Support enablement initiatives and customer-facing content. What you’ll bring Key Skills · Strong communication and presentation skills. · Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability. · Interest in AI, automation, and analytics technologies. · Comfortable working with data and large datasets. · Organised, proactive, and collaborative. · Strong ownership mentality and attention to detail. Preferred Background · Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field. · Experience or internship in Presales, Consulting, Analytics, SaaS, or Customer Success is advantageous. · Exposure to enterprise software, fintech, or B2B SaaS is a plus.
