Lead and scale existing cloud infra optimization programs Communicate strategic recommendations to senior executives with clarity, confidence, and data‑driven insight. Build strong cross‑functional partnerships across global time zones, applying sound judgment and influencing diverse stakeholders to drive alignment and outcomes. Establish, operationalize, and manage weekly and monthly business rhythms, including metrics reviews and performance tracking. Lead and develop a high‑performing team of cloud supply chain professionals, fostering a culture grounded in respect, accountability, and operational excellence. Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomes OR Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomes OR equivalent experience. Experience operating in hyperscale cloud environment. Proven track record leading large‑scale, high‑visibility programs with measurable business impact. Hands‑on leadership style with the ability to shift seamlessly between long‑term strategic planning and day‑to‑day tactical execution. Exceptional presentation and analytical skills, using data to build persuasive narratives, guide decisions, and influence senior leaders. Proven collaboration, communication, and judgment in fast‑paced, rapidly evolving environments.
