We need a full-stack engineer with 6+ years of experience who has shipped and maintained production applications used by real customers. You should be a pragmatic, T-shaped engineer comfortable working across the entire stack — from database schema design and API development to front-end UI — and have a track record of extending and improving legacy systems rather than just building greenfield apps. You must communicate fluently and think through problems out loud, thrive in ambiguity, and bring genuine curiosity about domains outside your own expertise. Bonus points if you have experience in construction, fintech, proptech, or any domain where you had to deeply learn the business to build the right product.
