How we work at Vertice At Vertice, we believe great work happens in an environment built on trust, autonomy, and collaboration. Autonomous teams operate without traditional tech leads or managers, making their own decisions on how to work, whether it’s stand-ups, prioritization, or project management. While each team has its focus, no single team owns any part of the codebase, so there’s flexibility to contribute where you can make the biggest impact. Our goal and desire is to please our users with a smooth, well-performing, well-organized, and easy-to-use user experience. You bring solid experience in one or more of the following: JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, CSS, HTML, SCSS, Redux, RTK - or maybe even a cutting-edge Frontend technology we haven’t discovered yet. You want to be part of a team where people share your passion for building and designing web-based applications. You’re curious and eager to explore new technologies, always looking for smarter, more efficient ways to create great user experiences. You are fluent in English and comfortable communicating in an international team. You are ideally based in Linz, Austria .
