Banking services provided through Choice Financial Group and Column N.A., Members FDIC.</em></p> <p><strong>As part of this role, you will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead high-impact, cross-functional, customer facing projects that touch Treasury engineering, operations, compliance, banking, and risk teams</li> <li>Define the technical architecture and experience of the Treasury product</li> <li>Collaborate with product, design, and operations to ship thoughtful features for our customers and internal users</li> <li>Own and actively take responsibility for the product – we want someone excited to help shape and build Mercury’s future</li> <li>Join a team of experienced and junior product engineers managing billions of dollars of customer assets</li> </ul> <p><strong>The ideal candidate for

benefits.</p> <p>Our salary and equity ranges are highly competitive within the SaaS and fintech industry and are updated regularly using the most reliable

compensation survey data for our industry. New hire offers are made based on a candidate’s experience, expertise, geographic location, and internal pay equity relative to peers.</p> <p>Our target new hire base salary ranges for this role are the following<strong>:</strong></p> <p><strong>US employees (any location):</strong></p> <p>Senior I: $166,600 - $208,300 USD</p> <p>Senior II: $200,700 - $250,900 USD</p> <p><strong>Canadian employees (any location):</strong></p> <p>Senior I: $157,400 - $196,800 CAD</p> <p>Senior II: $189,700 - $237,100 CAD</p> <p>#LI-ME1</p>
