About the role
We are looking for a Deployment Manager with 2-4+ years of experience to own client relationships end-to-end at a frontier AI company redefining predictive intelligence. Think McKinsey consultant meets forward-deployed engineer — someone who can speak the language of C-suite stakeholders, translate complex client problems into our simulation platform, and deliver insights that drive real decisions. You'll be the connective tissue between our sales team and our clients, managing everything from initial handoff through long-term collaboration and upsell. This is a high-intensity, in-person role in NYC for someone who thrives in ambiguity and wants to do the most impactful work of their career.
What will you be doing?
- Own the post-sale client relationship — receiving handoffs from AEs and running accounts from deployment through long-term engagement
- Understand client needs, frame their problems into Aaru's simulation platform, build and run simulations, and deliver polished results to senior stakeholders
- Act as a consultative partner to clients across consumer goods, financial services, and other industries — translating rough asks into crisp, client-ready deliverables
- Identify upsell opportunities by mapping where else within a client organization simulations can create value
- Coordinate across engineering, product, and commercial teams to keep deployments on track and clients well-served
