Voiceops is the agentic sales coach for consumer-facing phone teams. We turn millions of customer conversations into a live model of rep and team performance, then use it to power AI that coaches every rep, guides every manager, and continuously improves how the team sells and retains customers.
$12M raised. Seed-stage company. Customers include large enterprises like Hard Rock Hotels and Kin Insurance.
A single Voiceops customer can have hundreds of reps, millions of calls, and constantly changing products, markets, and regulations. We have to identify what drives performance, distill that complexity into a few clear actions, and make the team better without becoming another system the customer has to manage. As Voiceops earns trust, it should take on more of the work, meet users in the tools they already use, and know when the right experience is chat, a dashboard, or no interface at all. In short, the system needs to be as simple as possible, as complex as necessary.
Customer pull is strong. We’re seeing massive growth in usage, customers are pushing our features beyond what we designed them for, and requests for new capabilities come in nearly every day. Coming off a fresh fundraise this spring, we hired a CTO and engineers in New York to build faster and meet that demand.
Great design is now one of our biggest constraints on revenue growth. This hire has two jobs: turn customer demand into clear design decisions that keep engineers moving, and keep Voiceops simple and coherent as the system becomes more capable. Most software in our category takes months to implement and becomes another job for the user. Our most agentic features reduce work instead, and their usage is growing fastest. We believe simplicity is a massive competitive advantage.
Until now, our CEO has done most of the product design. You will be our first full-time designer, working directly with the CEO, CTO, engineers, and VP of Customer Engineering. You will own product design from concept through production. We have 30 to 50 customer and prospect meetings every week, so you will have plenty of access to users and a fast loop between an idea, shipping it, and seeing whether it worked.
You have 5+ years of product design experience and have shipped production software used by customers. Show us something hard: what the user needed, what you designed, where it broke, and how you changed it. We care less about polished screens than how you think and what happened after people used them.
You are especially strong at product and systems design. You can understand complicated workflows, data models, roles, permissions, AI behavior, and technical constraints, then find the simple experience underneath. You also care deeply about visual craft and can turn a strong product idea into polished production software.
Experience with enterprise or B2B software, complex data products, AI-native products, systems that serve multiple roles, or early-stage companies is especially relevant.
Include your portfolio, LinkedIn profile, and a note about any experience especially relevant to what we’re building. Resume optional.
The richest data source about customers — their conversations — is the least accessible. Their mission is to provide easy access to customer conversations, and make voice data queryable. Their product analyzes the content of sales and support conversations and generates insights on phrases that maximize successful outcomes.
