About the role
What we're looking for:
We need a Product Designer with 5-10 years of experience who has a strong visual design sensibility combined with solid product thinking. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment designing AI-powered enterprise products, and have a track record of initiating ideas and shipping high-quality designs end-to-end. Bonus points if you've worked at consumer-quality companies (like Pinterest, Airbnb, or newer AI startups) or have experience with AI product design.
What you'll do:
- Own the full design lifecycle for new product verticals — from ideation and concept exploration through to polished, production-ready mocks and prototypes in Figma
- Collaborate closely with PMs and engineers to understand technical constraints, brainstorm solutions, and ensure what ships matches the design vision
- Create high-fidelity visual designs including UI, icons, and marketing materials that meet a consumer-grade quality bar for enterprise users
- Work hands-on with engineers during implementation to maintain design quality and iterate based on feedback
- Conduct lightweight UX research when needed — customer interviews, usability tests — and synthesize findings into actionable design decisions
- Proactively generate and champion new ideas rather than waiting to be told what to design, bringing creative leadership to the product team
