Main tasks and responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management: As a B2B Senior Country Sales Manager, you'll oversee a team of Team Leads alongside Business Development Managers, Business Specialists, and Account Managers, operating as a second-line manager. Your focus will be on coaching and mentoring Team Leads, empowering them to take ownership of day-to-day team management, while also building succession plans to ensure long-term team strength. Strategic Leadership: You'll set the vision, define long-term goals, and drive the overall sales strategy across a large, layered team. This includes aligning strategies to support effective scaling — including managing rapid headcount growth of up to 4x within a year. Planning & Strategy: You'll own the go-to-market strategy, manage P&L projections, and ensure team activities are aligned with growth and ROI objectives. You'll balance initiatives and spend with a clear focus on profitability, payback, and long-term sustainability. Recruiting & Team Building: Working closely with our recruitment team, you'll help build a high-performing organisation in line with headcount and hiring plans. You'll champion leadership development — ensuring managers mentor their teams effectively and driving a culture of delegation, empowerment, and accountability. Achieve Growth: Lead your team to consistently hit and exceed country sales targets, driving success and making a measurable impact in your market. Problem Solving: Identify and remove growth blockers in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, implementing scalable solutions that keep the business moving forward. About you: You have at least 8 years of experience in fast-paced B2B sales organisations, including 6+ years in team management and 2+ years as a second-line manager overseeing Team Leads and teams spanning Business Development, Sales Specialists, and Account Management. You have a proven track record of coaching and mentoring Team Leads, empowering them to take ownership of day-to-day team management while building strong succession plans. You are a strategic leader with experience setting vision, defining long-term goals, and driving sales strategy across large, layered teams — including managing rapid headcount growth of up to 4x within a year. You have hands-on experience owning go-to-market strategies, managing P&L projections, and aligning team activities with growth, ROI, and profitability objectives. You have experience collaborating with recruitment teams to build high-performing organisations, championing leadership development, delegation, and a culture of accountability. You have a strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets and identifying and removing growth blockers in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
