Job Family: Management Consulting Travel Required: Up to 25% Clearance Required: None What You Will Do: At Guidehouse, grants management is not a back-office compliance function—it’s where public dollars turn into real outcomes. Our team works at the center of some of the largest, most complex federal and state funding programs in the country, partnering directly with government leaders to design, launch, and sustain programs that matter—from healthcare access and community recovery to energy transition and infrastructure resilience. You’ll join a team that combines deep technical credibility with strategic influence. Guidehouse invests in how grants work tomorrow, not just how they worked yesterday. That includes modernizing grants operations with data, analytics, and AI enabled tools—while maintaining the rigor, transparency, and human judgment that public funding demands. You’ll have opportunities to innovate responsibly, build new solutions, and influence firmwide approaches to grants modernization.
