Aggressively improve the core web funnel metrics: conversion, average order value, attach, traffic quality, customer satisfaction, revenue, units, and contribution margin, through disciplined execution, sound business decision making, and continuous optimization. Lead the end-to-end customer experience. Own the online shopping and buying experience worldwide, globally aligned yet locally relevant, across site merchandising, storytelling, offers, value propositions, navigation, comparison, and buying pages, informed by regular customer journey audits and data-informed customer trends and insights.
