About
the Role: CrowdStrike is building the first unified Digital Experience organization in the company's history. At the center of that organization is a simple but ambitious idea: CrowdStrike.com should function as a product — with a roadmap, a point of view, and a relentless focus on how prospects and customers move from awareness to action. The Director of Digital Product will own that vision. This is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and executing the digital product strategy across CrowdStrike.com — from the experience architecture that governs how the site is structured, to the personalization engine that adapts it to individual buyers, to the AI-powered engagement layer that will guide prospects through complexity at machine speed. This role leads the Digital Product pillar and reports directly to the VP of Digital Experience. This position is open to remote candidates.

Bonus Points: Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud — AEM, Target, CJA, or AJO Background in cybersecurity, enterprise SaaS, or other complex B2B buying environments Experience building or scaling a PLG or trial-to-paid digital motion Familiarity with AEO, GEO, or LLM-driven search optimization as a product discipline #LI-SC1 #LI-Remote

CrowdStrike was founded in 2011 to fix a fundamental problem: The sophisticated attacks that were forcing the world’s leading businesses into the headlines could not be solved with existing malware-based defenses. Founder George Kurtz realized that a brand new approach was needed — one that combines the most advanced endpoint protection with expert intelligence to pinpoint the adversaries perpetrating the attacks, not just the malware. There’s much more to the story of how Falcon has redefined endpoint protection but there’s only one thing to remember about CrowdStrike: We stop breaches.
