Job Description As an Automation Intern, you will join a 6‑month paid internship program designed for group of 6 students of technical faculties who want to start their careers in industrial automation. You will gain hands‑on experience with Rockwell Automation technologies while developing both technical and soft skills in a real business environment. The program focuses on developing skills in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) programming, sensors and safety systems, drives and servo drives, and Human‑Machine Interface (HMI) systems. Additionally, it covers essential soft skills. You will work as part of the Automation Internship cohort and collaborate with multiple teams across the organization while working onsite in Katowice, Poland. Responsibilities: Participate in structured training focused on Rockwell Automation hardware and software solutions, Perform hands‑on exercises and laboratory trainings based on prepared technical materials. Support internal projects and contribute to practical automation‑related tasks, Collaborate with different teams across the organization to understand how they operate and interact. The Essentials – You Will Have: Active student status in Automation, Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field, Basic knowledge of automation systems, including PLCs, sensors, safety systems, VFDs, servo drives, and industrial networks, At least basic skills in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) programming, Knowledge of technical drawings and wiring diagrams, Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, Legal work and stay permits in Poland, Availability to work 20-32 hours per week, Monday to Friday, Willingness to work in a two‑shift system (morning and afternoon). The Preferred – You Might Also Have: Knowledge of an additional foreign language, Background in electronics or electrical engineering, Familiarity with creating wiring diagrams. What We Offer: Our
