As a member of the PDE People Partner team, you'll be a key partner in helping the client group who designs and helps bring our products to life at Figma, to mature and thrive during a period of rapid growth and change. In this role, you'll serve as the dedicated People Partner to Figma's Product and Design organizations, working closely with the Chief Design and Product Officer, and their respective leadership teams. You'll help these organizations scale effectively by strengthening leadership capability, shaping organizational design, and aligning talent strategy to the product strategy. You'll also collaborate closely with PDE People Partners and other cross-functional partners across the People Team - including
Compensation, Recruiting, Learning & Development, BEI, and People Relations - to drive high-impact initiatives that support the holistic PDE organizational goals. This role offers the opportunity to shape how leadership, performance culture, and talent strategy evolve as Figma's Product and Design organizations continue to grow and mature. This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States. What you’ll do at Figma: Partner closely with Product and Design leadership teams as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on leadership effectiveness, organizational design, and talent strategy Support continued scaling of the Product and Design organizations by evolving team structures, roles, and operating models in line with broader PDE organizational growth and productivity goals Coach senior leaders to strengthen leadership capability, team effectiveness, and performance in a high-growth, fast-changing environment Partner with Product and Design leadership to evolve performance and
compensation frameworks, talent planning, and succession strategies that drive business outcomes and accountability Identify and address organizational friction points by improving cross-functional alignment and operational clarity across PDE Embed as a key partner across cross-functional stakeholders—including Engineering and regional People Partners,
Compensation, Recruiting, Learning & Development, BEI, and People Relations—to drive and deliver high-impact people initiatives Leverage data, organizational insights, and employee feedback to proactively inform decisions and drive measurable improvements in team health, effectiveness, and performance Develop and drive people strategy in service of Product & Design priorities, ensuring alignment with the broader PDE strategy We'd love to hear from you if you have: 10+ years of HR / People experience, including 6+ years of HR Business Partner experience supporting executives and senior leaders in a high-growth company Experience partnering with PDE clients, especially Product & Design Strong experience in organizational design, leadership coaching, and change management Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment on complex, cross-functional initiatives in rapidly evolving, ambiguous environments Experience using data and insights to inform decisions and translate business strategy into talent and organizational strategy While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have: Experience in high-growth SaaS or product-led companies Experience scaling organizations through rapid growth and transformation Experience partnering closely with executive leadership teams At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. Pay Transparency Disclosure If based in Figma’s San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has the annual base salary range stated below. Job level and actual
compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual
qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range.
