Responsibilities: Assist to conduct regulatory research on global developments related to digital assets and AI and prepare relevant internal memos. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents (NDAs, vendor agreements, software licenses, trading/compliance-related agreements). Assist to liaise with external counsel regarding specific projects Contribute to ad-hoc projects, including new product launches etc. Job
