Playable Ads are interactive mini-games that are used to engage and attract new users to download and play our games. As a Game designer you will be in charge of the Game design and polishing the game mechanics and game-flows of our playable ads as well as testing and gaining insights based on how the playable performed.
Responsibilities Design levels for top performing playable ads for leading games, to excite, engage, and bring new players to download our games. Research and develop innovative game mechanics for playable ads. Work closely with game developers and provide constructive feedback on playable ad mechanics and experience. Analyze performance data to optimize game mechanics and conversions. Collaborate with the game design team with improving our content pipeline and processes. Stay current on mobile game advertising trends and best practices. Support and collaborate with
the team from a level design perspective (Production, QA, Art, Game Design, etc).
Requirements Product management role experience in the casual gaming space, or 2+ years of experience designing levels and game mechanics for casual mobile games. Strong passion for gaming, particularly with regards to casual mobile games. Positive and creative mind with a passion for the level design craft (showcased with a relevant work portfolio). Solid grasp of game design methodologies and up-to-date knowledge of the casual audience, casual game markets and player motivations. Excellent interpersonal skills to clearly and effectively communicate feedback and design ideas. Strong self-driven work ethic and ability to work effectively in an agile team environment.
