As a Unity Developer you’ll be working on one of the mobile gaming industry’s most complex and successful products, a large-scale, highly-optimized Unity codebase that serves millions of concurrent users globally. This isn’t your typical mobile game project. It’s a sophisticated, ever-evolving system that demands exceptional architectural thinking, performance optimization expertise, and the ability to maintain quality at scale.

Responsibilities Manage features from system design and data handling to production deployment. Design architectures and implement end-to-end client-side features, leveraging LLMs from day-to-day development processes up to system architecture. Use data-driven methods to resolve production issues and optimize performance across all devices. Manage the integration of native plugins and third-party services.

Requirements 4+ years of professional experience in software development. Experience with Unity on mobile platforms, including its scripting APIs, profiling tools, UI, and animations. Hands-on experience with Claude Code, Cursor or similar. Experience with object-oriented programming, including design patterns, algorithms, and data structures. Strong knowledge of an OOP language (C# or equivalent) and memory management. Proactive, self-driven, with strong communication skills. Advantages AI engineering - Experience in building agentic & autonomous frameworks. Experience working in a high scale data driven environment - firebase, analytics, metrics etc.
