Addressable empowers Web3 marketers by merging blockchain and social media data to create targeted audiences, launch impactful campaigns, and measure performance. We’re a fast-moving startup working at the intersection of Web3, data, AI, and performance marketing. So, what’s the job? We’re looking for a hands-on Recruiter to join us for a maternity leave replacement and support our hiring efforts across the company. This role is a great fit for someone with about 2 years of recruiting experience who enjoys sourcing, speaking with candidates, working closely with hiring managers, and managing recruitment processes from start to finish. You’ll recruit for both technical and business roles, build strong candidate pipelines, conduct interviews, and help create a thoughtful, professional candidate experience. We’re looking for someone curious, organized, proactive, and genuinely passionate about recruiting. What you’ll do Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and business roles Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, team dynamics, and role
requirements Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, communities, job boards, market mapping, and creative outreach Conduct phone interviews and assess candidates’ experience, motivation, communication style, and overall fit Build and maintain healthy candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs Manage interview coordination, feedback loops, candidate communication, and process timelines Create a positive candidate experience through clear, timely, and professional communication Use recruitment tools, ATS data, and sourcing insights to keep processes organized and efficient Must-haves 2+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in a tech company, startup, or recruitment agency Experience recruiting for both technical and business roles Hands-on sourcing experience, including LinkedIn Recruiter Experience managing recruitment processes from sourcing and screening to interviews, feedback, and offer stages Strong ability to identify and assess relevant candidates beyond the CV Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with hiring managers and candidates Strong organizational skills, follow-through, and attention to detail Ability to manage several open roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment Fluent in Hebrew and strong in English, both written and verbal Nice-to-haves Experience working in a startup environment Familiarity with Comeet or similar ATS systems Experience using AI tools for sourcing, screening, writing, or recruitment workflows Experience recruiting for global roles Additional experience in HR operations, or other People-related processes Interest in Web3, crypto, data, SaaS, or marketing technologies Learn more about how Addressable’s hyper-specific targeting and deep audience insights helps you craft powerful campaigns.
