About
The Role Most healthcare still assumes you can walk into an office during business hours. That's left 100 million people without a primary care doctor, turning to Google with a billion medical questions a day instead of a person who can actually help. We're building something better: the new front door to primary care. AI-augmented, physician-supervised, and available 24/7. We pair patients with in-house doctors through a messaging-first experience and give those doctors an AI clinician cockpit that makes them exponentially more effective. The result is a growing patient base and embedded partnerships with leading digital healthcare enterprises ( OURA + more TBA). This is a high-ownership role right at the center of that build. You'll shape the product experiences patients and physicians rely on every day. This role is hybrid, located in NYC or Boston. What You’ll Do Craft user interfaces for new paradigms of AI-enabled care that improve patient engagement and outcomes Co-create and own product experiences across our patient app and physician-facing care delivery platform, keeping them polished, performant, and accessible Shape frontend architecture, from design systems and state management to responsiveness, testing, and web performance Partner with our ML research and backend teams to bring cutting-edge AI/LLM techniques into clinical workflows and turn them into real product experiences Work closely with Product, Clinical, and Design, as well as prominent healthcare organizations nationwide
